Do I have to pay for sales tax?
According to California Law, sales tax is not charged for orders shipped to other states or overseas. Therefore, if your shipping address is outside of California, you don't need to pay sales tax.
For the customers whose shipping address is in California, you need to submit a resale certificate. Detailed instructions are written on the sign-up page.

How to change or cancel my order?
Need to make a change or cancel your order? No problem!
We understand that sometimes plans change, so we aim to be as flexible as possible. Here’s what you can do:
- Act Quickly: Since we work hard to ship your order as fast as possible, contact us immediately if you need to make a change or cancel. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
- Contact Us: The quickest way to change or cancel your order is to get in touch with our customer service team directly by email. Contact us at hello@heyskinday.com
- Confirmation: Once we've made the change or cancelled your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. If the order has already been shipped, we can assist you with a return upon receipt.

What shipping methods are availbale?
At HeySkinday, we want to make sure you get your products quickly and efficiently. We offer several shipping methods to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Takes about 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping: For those who need their products sooner, we offer expedited shipping options which deliver your items within 1-3 business days.
You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
How long will it take to get my package?
We're as eager as you are to get our products into your hands! For orders within the United States, it usually takes 3-5 business days for your package to arrive, once it's shipped. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order heads out the door, so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.
What if my item ordered is damaged during transportation?
Oh no, we hate when that happens :(
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away at our support email or through our website. We'll ask you to send a photo of the damaged item, and we'll take care of the rest. We aim to make things right as quickly as possible by either sending you a replacement or arranging a refund. Remember, we're here to ensure you have a great experience with our products, no matter what!
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship domestically for now. Also, we accept orders only to U.S. destinations that can be served by ground shipping, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Returns Related
What is HeySkinday's return and exchange policy?
We don't accept returns and exchanges unless the products are damaged.
If your products are damaged when you receive them and need to be replaced, please contact us.
How do I return my order?
At HeySkinday, we make returns easy:
- Contact Us: Reach out through our support email, wholesale@heyskinday.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare the Package: Pack the items securely, ideally in the original packaging. Include all original tags and accessories.
- Send It Back: We will provide you with the return shipping label and instructions on how to send the items back to us.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note, items need to be returned within 30 days of receipt, and they should be in new, unused condition.
